<div itemprop="description">Neville Rawle Malcolm, 67, of Clarendon, Jamaica, succumbed to lung cancer on Thursday June 16, 2016. <br> <br>A Memorial Service celebrating his life will be held at Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Avenue East, Scarborough on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. <br> <br>Neville was born April 16, 1949 in Clarendon Jamaica to Terrence and Kathleen Malcolm. He graduated from Excelsior High School, and immigrated to Canada in 1969. While in Canada, Neville studied engineering at Ryerson University and obtained his degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1974, he married Elaine Duncan and the union produced three children, Kwame, Rashida and Chinua. <br> <br>Neville returned to Jamaica in 1980 where he worked in the hotel and bauxite processing industries. Soon thereafter, he established a successful engineering consulting business, Melco Engineering. <br> <br>In 1990, Neville experienced kidney failure and would live with dialysis for the next 26 years. Notwithstanding, he continued to work as diligently as ever. Neville had a voracious appetite for food and a passionate love for books and music. He loved his family, his native country, Jamaica and soccer. <br> <br>Neville is survived by his children Kwame, Rashida and Chinua; grandchildren Evelyn, Fyas, Kayla, Kaiden, and Elsie, his sisters Rose, Merle, Sandria, Georgette, Joy, Donna, and brother Robin; and a tremendous number of nieces, nephews and close friends who will take comfort in wonderful memories of him. <br> <br>Neville’s ashes will be scattered, according to his wishes, in Rocky Point and Harbour View, Jamaica. <br></div>
