Passed away peacefully at Yee Hong Centre on January 16, 2015.<br />Husband of the late Irene.<br />Father of Christopher and Jenny with their children Angeline and Benjamin; Francis and Leelian with their children Sarah, Paul and Peter; and Timothy and Bernice with their son Daniel.<br />Among many accomplishments, Richard served on the Board of Directors (Past Vice President) at Villa Elegance, with the Singapore Red Cross and worked at ADT Security (Canada).<br /></div>
