<div itemprop="description">Jean Bernice Harper was born in New Amsterdam Berbice Guyana in South America on August 31, 1935. She started her elementary education at a Roman Catholic girls school. She later went to Tutorial High School where she became a very accomplished shorthand typist, a skill she learned from her father. <br /> <br />Jean eventually left Guyana and migrated to Canada. The skills she learned in Guyana help her to secure a position with Revenue Canada where she worked for 30 plus years. <br /> <br />Jean will be remembered for her spunk, her great dancing skills, her quick eye for detail, her quiet charm, and the love she showed her family. <br /> <br />Jean was preceded in death by her parents, eldest brother Leon, brother Gordon, sisters Otilia &amp; Gloria, sister in law Elaine Harper, and brother in law John Adams sr. She leaves to mourn her passing her only child, her son Patrice, his wife Carla and their three kids Jovaun, Josiah &amp; Jade, her sister Shirley, her brothers Assie, Aubrey, Clement, her in laws Esther, Linda, Mignan, her nephews Nigel, Brian, Errol, Gordon, Jason, John, Lyndon, Nathanial, Robin, Vincent, her nieces Beverley, Carol, Cherliyn, Colleen Debra, Claire, Donna, Jennifer, Julie, Karen, Roxanne, Stacey, Wendy and a host of grand/great and in-law nieces, cousins other relatives and last but not least her friends. <br /></div>
