There are not enough words to express our gratitude to all who made the weekend Home Going Celebration for Bishop F. A. Senior as impactful as it was: the cards, the calls, musicians, choirs, clergy, caterers, faithful family, friends and well wishers, especially those who came up from Jamaica, Miami, Florida, Atlanta, Brooklyn, New Jersey, Texas, Rochester, and Cleveland. We love and appreciate you all.

You made this process attainable when we did not know how to bear it. We cried on your shoulders; we laughed at childhood memories. We rejoiced when we saw faces we had not seen in many years, yet you came and embraced us as if it was yesterday we last saw each other.

To Highland Funeral Homes, you were incredibly professional.

To the police officers who stopped and saluted as the procession went by, thank you. You made the long ride from the church to his final resting place much smoother.

To the man on the street who simply stopped to greet us, God bless you.

Thank you, thank you, thank you all. We love you. Peace be with you.

The soul of Bishop F. A. Senior Rests In Peace.

The Seniors

October 9, 2016

SENIOR - Ferdinand, Alphanso - 1923-2016: Former Assistant Presiding Bishop of Emmanuel Apostolic Church who served in the organization for over 50 years, and late of Ajax, Ontario, Canada; Moneague, St. Ann; Carisbrook, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica; and Zion Apostolic Church, North York, Ontario, passed from this present world peacefully at home on September 20, 2016 leaving his dear wife Winviris, children Marelyn - Blossom, Sonia (Ezekiel), Barbara (Wayne), Ferdinand Jr., John (Jacqueline), Maureen (Dean), Mindell (Delroy), David (Carlene), sister Elfreda, 20 grand children, 2 great grand children, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
