<div itemprop="description">Died peacefully, surrounded by family on Monday, August 10, 2015 at Revera Leaside Retirement Home at the age of 88. Predeceased by her husband, Carmelo Occhipinti, happily married for 60 years. Cherished mother of Louisa (Tim), John (Julie), Sal (Mary) and Angela (Bill). Devoted Nonna of Christina, Claire, Patrick, Danielle (Marshall), Bradley, Adam, Richard, Eric and Helen. <br />Special thanks to Dr. Salma Kassam and the staff at Revera Leaside and Chartwell Valley Vista for all their loving care. <br /> <br />Visitation will be held at HIGHLAND FUNERAL HOME, Scarborough Chapel, 3280 Sheppard Ave. E (west of Warden Ave.), 416-773-0933 on Friday, August 14, 2015 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Aidan Roman Catholic Church, 3501 Finch Ave. E, on Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
